1. Organizer

2. Event & Registration Details
– The raffle is part of the Nepal Festival happening in Adelaide on 9th March 2025.
– Attendees must scan the provided barcode and complete the registration process by submitting their name, email, and phone number.
– Registration closes on 12th March 2025 at 11:59 PM (AEST). Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
– The raffle is open to persons residing in *any part of Australia*.
– Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
– Only one entry per person is permitted. If multiple entries are found, the registration will be voided.

4. Prize
– The prize consists of one (1) iPad with an Apple Pencil.
– The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement
– The winner will be drawn at random and announced live on Facebook on 12th March 2025.
– The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided during registration.

6. Prize Collection
– The winner must collect the prize in person at 2/19 Ways Road, Hampstead Gardens, SA 5086.
– If the winner is unable to collect the prize from our office, it can be delivered to their address.
– The prize must be collected within one month of notification. Failure to collect within this period may result in forfeiture.

7. Event Changes & Cancellations
– If the event is postponed or canceled, the raffle prize will also be postponed in line with the rescheduled event.

8. Data Collection & Privacy
– By entering the raffle, participants consent to their provided personal information being used for marketing purposes by Capital Connections Finance.
– All collected data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared outside the organization.

9. Disclaimer & Liability
– Capital Connections Finance is not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of the prize.
– The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating these Terms and Conditions.
